The owner counts as a staff seat. Active, accepted memberships count toward member capacity; pending invitations do not. Retained files count toward storage. Support hours are Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Pacific, excluding published holidays. Response targets are service goals, not restoration guarantees or 24/7 coverage.

Request a guided trialYes. The guided trial gives your practice 14 days to try the member app and portal for free. We agree on who to invite and which workflows to try before access starts. You only move to a paid plan if you choose one.
Both use the shared RAMROK app, with your practice’s supported logo, theme and welcome content inside. A dedicated installed name, icon and store listing are part of a separately scoped Enterprise engagement.
Actual attributable provider processing costs are billed separately from the platform subscription, without an additional AI markup. Both plans use the same supported core AI quality. Costs vary with use; there is no invented fixed price per question or photo.
You can add members and seats or move to Growth. There is no mandatory upgrade fee; an accepted upgrade prorates the base subscription difference. Optional assisted-upgrade onboarding is $300, rather than charging the full Growth onboarding fee again.
Custom portal domains, reusable programs, batch onboarding and advanced reports are discussed and qualified with your team. They are not assumed to be available merely because you select Growth. The written scope confirms what will be delivered.
The published plans are monthly. Annual arrangements may be offered separately after evaluation, with explicit renewal, refund and usage terms.
